1. Read Genesis 3:17-19 & Romans 6:23. How does understanding the curse of sin help explain sickness, brokenness, & death in the world?
2. Read Gal. 3:13 & 1 Peter 2:24. What does it mean to you personally that Jesus absorbed the curse and brings healing through the cross?
3. Read 1 Corinthians 15:42–44, 52–54 and Philippians 3:20, 21. How does the promise of a future glorified body shape the way you face sickness, pain, or aging now?
4. Read Psalm 103:1–5. Where do you most need healing right now—spiritually, emotionally, physically, or mentally—and why?
5. Read Matthew 8:1–17. Pastor Gary’s message talked about how healing can come through miracles, medicine, or mystery. Which of these have you experienced, and how did God meet you there?
6. Read Isaiah 55:8–9 and Romans 8:28. How do you respond when God’s healing comes slowly or not in the way you hoped?
7. Read Matthew 12:28 and Revelation 21:3–5. What does the phrase “Every healing is a foretaste of the future” reveal about God’s kingdom and His heart for us?
8. Read 2 Corinthians 12:7–10. How does knowing that God’s grace is sufficient, even in ongoing weakness, encourage you today?
9. Read James 5:13–16. What would it look like for you this week to invite Jesus more fully into your area of need or pain?
10. Pray for your “FRANCES” (Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Coworkers, Enemies, Strangers) to be drawn to Jesus as their Savior in 2026.
