1. Read: Romans 12:10–13. Think of a time when you felt deeply welcomed—or deeply unwelcome. What emotions did you experience? How does Romans 12 describe the kind of community God desires us to create?

2. Which of the testimonies in the message on hospitality impacted you and why?

3. Read: Romans 12:1–2. How does offering ourselves as “living sacrifices” connect to practicing hospitality? In what ways might hospitality require sacrifice?

4. Read: Romans 12:4–5. What does it mean that “each member belongs to all the others”? How does that shape the way we think about relationships in the church?

5. Read: Romans 12:13; 1 Peter 4:9. The phrase “practice hospitality” means to pursue or chase it. What’s the difference between being open to hospitality and actively pursuing it?

6. Read: 1 Peter 4:7–10. Peter connects the nearness of “the end of all things” with deep love and hospitality. Why do you think hospitality becomes even more important in urgent or uncertain times?

7. Read: Hebrews 13:1–2. What is the difference between loving “brothers and sisters” and showing hospitality to “strangers”? Why are both important?

8. Read: John 13:34–35; Romans 16:16. Jesus says the world will know we are His disciples by our love. How do simple acts—like greeting warmly, inviting someone to a meal, or remembering a name—demonstrate
Christ’s love?

9. Pray for your “FRANCES” (Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Coworkers, Enemies, Strangers) to be drawn to Jesus as their Savior in 2026.
