Please know this isn’t a reflection of your value or heart — it simply means that our current needs and team dynamics don’t align right now. We still encourage you to stay connected, worship with us regularly, and continue growing in your gifts as part of our community.
Opportunity to Grow and Re-Audition
We see potential in your gifts and would love to encourage you to keep developing your skills. We’ll share a few tools and resources to help you grow in your craft and confidence, and we’d love for you to re-audition in about six months. Our heart is to walk with you as you continue pursuing excellence and deepening your worship.
