Christ & His Mission
 Luke 4:18–21; Luke 19:1–10

  1.  When you hear the phrase “Jesus’ mission,” what comes to mind?
  2. Jesus Defines His Mission (Luke 4:18–21): Which part of Jesus’ mission stands out to you most right now, and why?
  3. One-Sentence Mission (Luke 19:10): Jesus says He came “to seek and to save the lost.” What do you think it means that Jesus seeks people rather than waiting for them to come to Him? When have you felt sought out by Jesus?
  4. Re-read Zacchaeus’ Story (Luke 19:1–10). What stands out to you about how Jesus treats Zacchaeus before any repentance or change happens?
  5. Which of the 4 takeaways of how Jesus did His mission stand out to you? Which one do you think you do well and which one can you work on?
  6. Who might be the “lost” person God is putting on your heart and path right now?

End in prayer for your FRANCES (Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Co-workers, Enemies, Strangers) to come to know Jesus.
