Day 1 - Created on Purpose
Revelation 4:11 (NLT)
“You are worthy, O Lord our God,
to receive glory and honor and power.
For you created all things,
and they exist because you created what you pleased.”
Have you ever wondered why you're here?
Not what you're supposed to accomplish today or what everyone needs from you, but why God created you in the first place.
We live in a world that constantly measures our value by what we accomplish. We celebrate success, productivity, recognition, and achievement. Without realizing it, we can begin to believe our worth is connected to what we contribute.
But Revelation 4:11 reminds us that everything exists because God willed it to exist.
That includes you.
Before you had a talent, a responsibility, a title, or a calling, you were already created with purpose.
And your purpose begins with Him.
God doesn't need you to impress Him. He doesn't measure your value by how much you accomplish. He created you for a relationship with Him, and everything else in your life is meant to flow from that relationship.
When we understand that, something changes. We stop trying to earn our significance and begin living from the security of knowing we belong to Him.
You don't have to become someone extraordinary to matter to God.
You already matter to Him.
Heart Check
A Moment With Jesus
Lord, thank You for creating me intentionally. Help me stop measuring my worth by what I accomplish. Remind me that my life belongs to You and that knowing You is the greatest purpose I could ever have. Amen.
Live It Out: Before you begin your responsibilities today, spend five minutes with God without asking Him for anything. Simply enjoy being with Him.

- Where have I been looking for my value or significance lately?
- What would change if I truly believed my greatest purpose was knowing and glorifying God?
